DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times quoted are New Zealand Post targets only and are not to be taken as guarantees. Items may take longer to arrive than the quoted targets.
Standard shipping is by New Zeland Post Economy Parcel, this service includes tracking but signature is not required and parcels will be left as if it were standard mail.
If you require more security consider upgrading to the New Zealand Post Courier option. This service has tracking and requires a signature on delivery.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
The Office of Minor Details is not GST registered and does not charge sales tax (GST, VAT etc) at the time of sale. Some countries do however require taxes to be paid on imported goods and maybe levied by your government on arrival.
Once your order had left the studio the purchaser is responsible for all customs and import related duties, tariffs and charges if there any applicable to your country or region.
LOST ITEMS
Items lost in the post are very rare from experience but it can happened. If it does we have a policy of full replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion.

Orders that are marked 'Delivered' via the New Zealand Post tracking portal can not be refunded unfortunately.
If you believe your order is overdue please let us know as soon a possible but please remember the shipping target delivery time is not a guarantee.
Items can be delayed in the post for a number of reasons. From the time of shipping the following waiting periods are required to allow enough time for delayed items to arrive before an order can be considered lost.
- New Zealand orders: 14 business days.
- International: 28 business days.
