5 Year Warranty

You can purchase Office of Minor Details products safe in the knowledge they will go the distance with you.

All products are covered by a 5 year warranty.  Making every piece of work with my own hands and years of real world testing by thousands of loyal customers gives me the certainty that you won’t need it.

This warranty extends to the things that can be controlled during production; materials and workmanship.  

For leather items this means it does not cover misuse (like over stuffing or using it as a hockey puck), neglect (like forgetting to take it out of your pocket while surfing), or normal wear and tear (like just getting really old). 

For lamps the warranty does not cover physical damage caused to the lamp by, but not limited to, the following environmental effects of crushing, staining, mold grow, fading and sun damage.

It also doesn’t cover you if you change your mind. However you can freely return or exchange any product within 365 days of purchase, see my Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

In the unlikely event that you wish to make a warranty claim you will need to have made your purchase directly from ‘The Office of Minor Details’ website or through a one of my authorised retailers and provide proof of purchase.
